Tile drilling and shaping tools are available in many types, shapes and sizes. For general drilling purposes a tungsten carbide drill bit is acceptable but when drilling hard porcelain tiles a Diamond drill bit will perform much better and avoid unnecessary breakages plus will extend the longevity of the drill bits life. Hole saws are designed for drilling larger diameter holes mainly for allowing access of water pipes.
Shaping tools are abrasive pads that can be used on metal tile trims or various other materials to wear down and shape the rough surface or edge. Some of our other useful tiling tools include Tile Cutting Machines, Mixing Buckets, Tile Spacers, Tile Levelling Systems and Mosaic Tools.
