Additional Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders with our courier the same day on an express delivery service providing the order is placed between 1am & 1pm - Monday to Friday and we have stock availability. Whilst we try to stock most of our products, special order items may have a longer waiting period before dispatch. If you require any items urgently, please email or contact our sales team to discuss stock availability and lead times before placing your order.*

Most items are ready to collect in store upon receipt of the order. Please allow up to 30 minutes for larger orders to be processed and prepared for collection. Please note that products which are not in stock will not be available for in store collection the same day. Please email or contact our sales office if you would like to check stock availability of any of our products.

Terms & Service of Delivery Information

Areas of Delivery

All mainland UK deliveries will be based upon our standard shipping rates. Any orders due for delivery to destinations outside of the UK for example: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. will be charged accordingly.

Signing for Deliveries

All of our delivery services are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries made by our courier service can arrive any time between the hours of 9am & 6pm. Please ensure that there is a designated recipient at the address to accept the delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, a card will be left by the courier. To re-arrange a failed delivery attempt please contact the courier service using the card provided. It may also be possible to arrange collection from your local depot.

Please NOTE: If no attempt to contact the courier or collection of your parcel is made, it will be returned to us (Trimtraders & tiles Ltd.) whereby a surplus delivery charge equal to the original delivery cost will be charged to the customer (minimum charge £9.95 applies).

IMPORTANT: Please check your delivery thoroughly for any signs of damage before signing that you are happy with the condition of the items received. If you sign for your items and notify us of any damaged goods afterwards, we cannot issue a claim against our suppliers and no refunds can be made.

Goods not received

We rarely have cases where a customer has not received their order but for any goods not received within the expected delivery time, please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours so we can a) find out why the goods have not arrived and b) ensure a swift response time.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please ensure that any orders placed the same day if not required are cancelled immediately before 3:00pm either directly with our sales team or by email. This ensures that the cancelled order is not dispatched, and no handling fees will be incurred. Any goods received in error due to incorrect internal processing or courier discrepancies will either be refunded free of charge or alternative arrangements made to resolve the issue.

Please NOTE: Any goods received incorrectly due to inaccurate customer interpretation of a product, incorrect order quantities or incorrect colour judgement may incur a return handling fee which will be passed on to the customer. Any refunds will only be received once the incorrectly ordered items have been received by us.

To ensure you order the correct items we offer a free sample service on a range of tile trims and our sales team are available to answer any questions you may have about our products.

Special order items

Please be aware that special order items may have a longer lead time (up to 10 days) in some cases where we have to order them through our suppliers. These items are non-returnable so please ensure that you are ordering the correct product and that the specifications and quantities are suitable for your project. If you are unsure about a product, please email or contact our knowledgeable sales team with any questions you may have.
