UltraTile ProClean Xtreme Clean is a professional heavy duty cleaner suitable for use on ceramic, porcelain and many other types of natural stone surfaces, including polished marble and limestone.
Its safe, non acid formula will not damage acid sensitive stone types such as limestone and the fast and easy application will eliminate stubborn deposits with ease.
Ultra Tile ProClean Xtreme Clean contains a combination of soluble solvents and cleaning agents which are very effective in dissolving ingrained dirt, wax layers, grease and many other problematic stains or coatings. It can also be used as a degreaser when applying tile on tile or when levelling over tiles.
This product will not remove cement & grout stain residues. Please use UltraTile ProClean Resin Off and UltraTile ProClean Grout Haze Remover.

How do I apply Ultra Tile ProClean Xtreme Clean?
Avoid contact when using in proximity of sensitive surfaces including fabrics, metals, varnished or painted surfaces. Stubborn, aged deposits and heavily textured surfaces may require repeat applications. Always test this product in an inconspicuous area. It remains the responsibility of the end user to check the suitability of the product.
Directions For Use:
1) Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use - read these instructions fully before application.
2) Dependant on the stained or soiled area, Xtreme Clean can be used neat for removing waxes / coatings or diluted up to 10 parts water to 1 part for heavy soiled areas. Mixing with hot water can help to improve product effectiveness.
3) Pre-wet the area with clean water before applying the cleaner to the soiled area. Allow the cleaner to dwell for approximately 15- 20 minutes, not allowing it to dry on the surface.
4) After 15-20 minutes agitate with a stiff brush and clean water, scrub and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Particular attention should be paid to highly textured surfaces. In cases of heavy soiling or staining, repeat the process increasing the cleaner concentration ratio if necessary.
