Ultra Tile ProClean Resin-Off is a specialist stripping formula for the targeted removal of resins and polymer surface residues from porcelain and ceramic tiles and paving. It can also be used to remove excess sealer deposits, coatings, adhesives and plastic residues.
This product is suitable for all types of external stone surfaces and it's easy to apply gel-like fluid allows you to target specific patches with minimal mess and wastage.

How do I apply Ultra Tile ProClean Resin-Off?
Resin-Off is designed to remove polymer residue from brush in compounds and will not affect mortar, cement or aggregate deposits. To remove mortar based haze or staining you should use UltraTile ProClean Grout Haze Remover. Always test this product in an inconspicuous area. It remains the responsibility of the end user to check the suitability of the product.
Directions For Use:
1) Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use - read these instructions fully before application.
2) Always ensure you have adequate PPE and suitable protectiveclothing.
3) Prepare the area by cleaning off loose debris.
4) Pre-wet the surface area with clean water. Apply Resin-Off generously to the affected areas and leave to dwell for 15-20 minutes maximum. Agitate with a stiff brush or decking brush and wash off. Particular attention should be paid to highly textured surfaces. If using externally, after rinsing, you may pressure wash for faster results.
5) After allowing the surface to dry, inspect and if any stubborn patches remain you may repeat the process.
