Ultra Tile ProClean Easy Clean Tile Protector is a water-based temporary protection for natural stone & porcelain tiling and paving. It protects surfaces against discolouration & residues when using cement based pigmented polymerised grouts or pointing systems.
Achieve clean, professional results by pre-emptively applying Easy Clean Tile Protector. Easily removed by washing off post grouting, it is essential when working with modern slurry, brush-in and traditional grouting & pointing mortars which may leave unsightly films or hazing.

How do I apply Ultra Tile ProClean Easy Clean Tile Protector?
Ensure the surface is completely dry before applying the coating. Avoid applying to the un-grouted joints where possible. Always test this product in an inconspicuous area. It remains the responsibility of the end user to check the suitability of the product.
Directions For Use:
1) Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use - read these instructions fully before application.
2) Always ensure you have adequate PPE and suitable protective clothing. All application tools can be washed with warm clean water after use and before drying.
3) Ensure paving surfaces are clean, dry and free from contamination.
4) Shake container well before use.
5) Apply the product thoroughly with roller, brush, sponge or micro fibre cloth.
6) Rub well onto the surface, avoiding application to un-grouted joints where possible.
7) Allow a minimum of 40 minutes for first coat to be surface touch dry before applying the second application.
8) Apply the second application in the same way as the first, allow to dry for a minimum 1 hour, (longer in cold temperatures) before proceeding with the application of the grout or pointing system.
9) During washing-off process, Easy Clean Tile Protector will be removed. Any residual product can be removed with clean water after the grouting or pointing has set. Particular attention should be paid to highly textured surfaces.
